Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any parties, loud disturbances, or unauthorized events. Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $250 fee charged if evidence is found. The maximum number of guests is six, and all guests must be listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $250 fee will apply for lost, damaged, or missing keys, key fobs, or access devices. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, or security cameras, as a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system. Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after check-out time unless prior permission is granted. If check out is more than two hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at the base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
