How Is This Rating Determined?

No on-site management for over three-years by two different management groups.

As of today, this is the third different management group that has been involved in managing 3205 and 3215 Wetherby Road. Up until four-years ago this two-building complex was a 55-plus unit and very affordable, but this all changed when Camsta/Starlight purchased the property and began huge rent increases. The tenants who had been involved a number of years ago have gotten off fairly well as far as rent increases go, but the new owners (see above) are trying to get current tenants to pay for... capital works projects fees tacked on to regular rent rate, and we all know how this will affect the all around price of rent.
