How Is This Rating Determined?

All about the bottom line

This was a 5 star place to live. Last year they applied for and got a free retro fit. It is paid for by BC Energy Commission and Fortis BC. They will tell you it was mandatory repairs. That is a lie.
The project was supposed to be 90 per unit. The first phase is at 8 months and counting. During the construction they have raised rents. They tell you that the tenants are the most important thing to them. There is daily drilling into concrete that makes it unlivable. We are wrapped in blue tarp...
that allows no natural light effecting my mental health.
Give your hard earned rent money to someone who cares and respects the tenants.
