SCAM!

These townhouses “look” beautiful from pictures. The management will tell you you have the most amazing views prior to moving in and then stick you with a view of a giant tree and now there’s a huge apartment complex right next to it so you can look right inside those places. They say you’re paying for luxury but the floors, walls and finishing are CHEAP and cracked. The walls are painted so poorly you can see the streaks and paint color difference. If your washer or dryer breaks, they send you... to use an empty unit (there are lots now) instead of replacing or fixing it. This can go on for weeks. If you want to reserve the amenity room (table, chairs, tv, microwave) they CHARGE you (upwards of $250) Not a deposit, a fee. ON TOP of the outrageous rent they are already charging. Parking? $100-$125 per spot in an underground parking lot. The second safety/security gate has been broken for almost the entire time the building was built. This place is so poorly managed by an American company that does not know what they’re doing and doesn’t care. If it snows? You’re stranded. They will not provide snow shoveling services. If it rains and water gets into places and pushes an excessive amount of worms onto your front step, they won’t do anything. The giant weed garden at one of the entrances filled with thistle and dried, dead plants is an eyesore. When we moved in, we were one of the last ones to fill it up. After we moved in. it was a trickle of people moving out, one by one people realized what a scam this place was. Their units never got filled for months, some not at all. Constant rotation of tenants, some not even there for a year. You can do find better. Save your money.
