We are centrally located in the... desireable Strawberry Vale area just a 5 minute drive to the Camosun/Interurban Campus/Pise and VGH hospital ideal for a student or Nurse etc.
We are adjacent to tennis and pickleball courts just (1min walk), and the Galloping Goose too. The suite has a large living room area, plenty of windows and great storage on the inside. You are welcome to store bikes etc outside. SINGLE TENANT only need apply, NO PETS and no smoking/vaping or partying. We are a very quiet, kind and active mid aged couple. We will require proof of employment and 2 references please.
Rent is $1600.00/month which includes hydro, water and internet. There is one parking space also. Laundry is not included, however there are 2 laundrymats just 5 minutes away. We look forward to speaking with you??
