The hot tub is not available and there's currently no access to the garage or pool as these have been marked as out of service. CCTV is used inside these areas.

Unauthorized parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited and violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Please respect the neighborhood’s tranquil atmosphere by keeping noise levels low between 10 PM and 7 AM. Being surrounded by nature means occasional wildlife sightings, so do not leave food outside to avoid attracting animals.
