One of the biggest challenges of living in an apartment is finding enough storage space for all of your things.  When you combine limited space with the inability to do any construction as a renter, your belongings can start to pile up.  Fear not, Jess & Monica from the East Coast Creative blog are here to show you how to make DIY built-ins with just a few crates! This DIY project couldn’t be easier, and it will make a huge impact on your available space.  To learn how to make this easy storage solution for yourself, check out the video and see just how great it really looks.  Jess and Monica take you through each step, so you will be able to follow them no matter if you are an experienced DIY’er or a newbie.  You will need:
  • Wooden Crates (as many as you desire)
  • Dresser, vanity, or any piece of furniture the crates can rest on
  • Desired paint or stain color for the crates
  • Nails (to secure the crates to each other and to the wall)
Having an apartment with lots of storage space is possible!  You just need to think outside the box a little, and you will find amazing ways to upgrade and customize your apartment to reflect your personality!
