Landlords can show properties to multiple applicants, and they will ask for certain requirements to be met in order to move forward. Whoever is the first to successfully complete all of these requirements, including paying the deposit, is likely the candidate who will get the apartment. It might be beneficial to ask the community when you are in the process of applying, just to be sure of their processes!
