Apartment Living BlogFitness & Style › Refresh Yourself With Spa Water You Make at Home

You don’t have to visit a fancy spa to enjoy some of the amenities like refreshing spa water. Why not make this delicious and healthy beverage right in your own home? Whether you’re looking for more exciting ways to get the recommended eight glasses a day of water or the perfect drink to serve at a spa party, spa water is easy and refreshing. It’s also a wonderful beverage to serve at baby showers, bridal showers or any type of at-home party! You can even create a spa water bar and allow guests to mix and match their favorite fruits and herbs to create their own personalized spa water.

I’ve included a few of my favorite fruit- and herb-infused pairings below, but you can get creative and mix and match until you find your perfect spa water flavor. Always be sure to begin with clean, purified water. For fruits and herbs, ensure they are firm and will not disintegrate in your water. Ice is optional if you want it extra chilled.

Instructions
  1. Try creating your own favorite spa water recipes with each season’s fruits and herbs. When you get low, just add more water! Be sure to refresh the fruit and herbs every two to three days to keep them fresh. Have it readily available in a large carafe for the whole family to enjoy, or make individual servings in water bottles and put them in the refrigerator for easy grab and go.
