What properties in Atlanta will accept an open bankruptcy?

The best way to find out who certain apartment communities will and will not accept as tenants is to call and speak to someone who works there. 3. Hi Maggie,

I’ve had a very difficult time finding an apartment while I’m under bankruptcy chapter 13. I’m looking to s Tay long term for at least 3 years. Do you know of any apartments in Georgia?

    • Hi, Jess. Thanks for reaching out to ForRent.com with your question. Unfortunately, we do not filter by apartments that accept renters with a history of bankruptcy and those that do not. There are organizations out there who help people in your position but we, unfortunately, are not one of them. We simply provide advertising to apartment communities.
