I’ve just renewed my lease (3rd year) because I? really like the area and physical apartment. However, I? recently asked the leasing office if they would consider having my carpets cleaned in the high traffic areas (not moving furniture or anything). I? explained I? have no pets or stains and would really love if the carpet cleaners so frequently on site could stop by. I? was quite rudely rebuffed and told this is no longer an incentive.

After three years with only one service request (for our... building AC outage) and enduring loud neighbors, the death of the man next door while inside his apartment, endless pool refinishing and no use, rent increases, and a stolen bike, I? felt like a simple carpet request could have been more kindly turned down. DO NOT RENT 1ST FLOOR APARTMENT!!! My wife and I are expecting a baby and we're moving out because the downstairs apartments are extremely loud. You can head EVERYTHING that happens upstairs. The sound of the upstairs washer and drier will keep you up at night. You'll hear people talking, laughing, screaming, jumping, cleaning, walking. It's a nightmare. I'm convinced the 2nd floor is made of a single piece of plywood. Worse apartment experience I've ever had.

Huge space, 2bedroom. Unbelievable bathrooms large enough to dance in. Office and repair staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Price has been raised significantly (only down side). Beautiful pool. Plenty of greenery and hills to set a gorgeous scenery while hanging out on 1 of 3 lanai areas. Easy access to 24 hour gym and the business center is clean and works. Trails for hiking all around and walking trail to numerous parks.
