How Is This Rating Determined?

Decent but pricey

We moved to Panomar last October. The location is pretty far from the shops / restaurants on Webster and Park Streets which kinda sucks. The building, however, is next to the marina, which we love. The building was renovated last year so the interior is basically completely new.

There are, however, frequent problems w/ people getting stuck in the elevators since they did not install new ones.

All in all, a pretty solid place to stay but wondering if it's worth the (increasingly rising) rent.

killer views

Sail boats, Marina,gorgeous city view, stainless appliances, cool layout, great tile, washer dryer, brand new bathroom, always the right temperature ??
