Siento que no ay respeto a los inquilinos.

Para el verano es un desastre servicio de picina que no se puede disfrutar ya que desde temprano está ocupada por personas que no viven en las unidades. Llegan como si fuera un lugar público todo el día con músicos y fiesta y no ay tiempo para nuestros niños disfrutar de la picina. Y pagamos renta , agua y todos los servicios .esto no es justo.

Great place to live!

I moved in about a month and a half ago and I can't be happier. Friendly tenants and the property is always clean. The manager and maintenance crew are super friendly and always helpful.

Average Apartments

Ever since new manager took over the place has not been good. They don't even keep lights on in common areas so it's dangerous to fall down stairs or trip at night. Laundry machines often broken and always dirty. Smoking happens everywhere but its no smoking building. Garbage piles on ground and renovation garbage always mess up the parking. Wish old managers and owners were back to get place working again.

no respect for residents, laundry not working

They renovate the older units even on weekends since 7am!!!! It’s incredibly loud and the surrounding units walls and floors vibrate. They don’t care about the residents. They just want to finish the renovation quickly so they can rent it out soon.

Also laundry machines basically don’t work. it’s so expensive but the washing and rinsing time only lasts 10min with minimal water and spins for like 20min damaging clothes.

Sucks for a places that’s so expensive.
