Paying doesn't include customer service

These apartments have by far the worst management. There are supposedly security cameras on site, but when I asked my landlord to check who broke into my vehicle, she never got back to me. The water is always being shut off due to repairs and when it's running, it's never hot or cold when you want it to be. There is a schedule for management to be available and yet, you can never locate her because she arrives and leaves as she pleases. There's a pool on the vicinity, and I assumed you could… invite people and eat at the pool as long as you clean up after yourself, but I was told by the same landlord that we are unable to do so. So I pay rent, essentially to just sleep in my apartment, not to live comfortably. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone, unless they change management. I'm searching for a new apartment as a
I type this.
