My landlord is a very nice friendly lady, as is the maintenance man. No one causes any trouble really. Dogs barking is a big issue here. The laundry room is small and limited and not a lot of people are mindful that others have to do laundry too. Not a lot of English speaking people. A lot of children running around on a daily basis. No central air. Liveable. Could be better but it is my first apartment.

It may not be in the most quiet, quaint complex in the world, but it's definitely a decent first apartment. While it can be noisy at times, the grounds are well maintained and the manager, for the most part, is very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of an issue, but with a little luck and perseverance, you can find a spot in the cul de sac. The apartments are pretty large and have a nice little patio. There is also a pool in the complex but alas, no jacuzzi. You are allowed one assigned… space per room in your apartment (2 spaces for a 2 bd, etc.) and the spaces are covered and kept clean. Pets are also allowed too so you can bring the whole family! All-in-all, while it may not be the fanciest place you'll ever live, it's pretty nice for the price. So invest a nice surround sound system to block out the noisy kids and come on down to Belinda where home is what you make it! Read More

The place has roaches. The repair man does not know what he's doing. Nothing gets fixed right. There's never any parking. Manger is never here. We have people here that like party and hang out in the front,till 1 or 2 in the morning. Don't recommend this place.
