love it here!!!!

I chose this community based on the exceptional service that I received during the introductory and application phase by the management team. I am writing this review based on the continued above and beyond level of property management and professionalism. The facilities are always impeccably clean and cared for. Additionally the kindness, respect and patience that they have shown me and all others that I have sent is admirable. Thank you!!

Safe Living....

The Vineyards has been a great living experience all around. One of the best things about living here is how safe I feel living here. They have security that patrols the complex at night and I have never seen any cases of cars being broken into. The apartment is located near freeways, movies, and several grocery stores. The front office staff is always helpful and maintenance works quickly to fix any problem. I plan on signing another lease this year!

Anaheim Hills Living

Love the area of my apartment, quiet and safe. Dog friendly with dog park. Older apartment complex but still pretty decent for the area. A little on the high side for rent but that's because its California and OC and a nicer neighborhood utilities are on the high side too but overall good clean place to live, going on two years now.
