This place has changed a lot it was really bad a few years back but home is how you make it. The only bad thing is the parking if you can't get a parking on property you have to find one close by. If you park in the alley way you'll either get towed, car broken into or worse. A lot of non tenants park her but Security is never around and if you call tow company they say that only the office or Security can call so it's all up to you

Look at reviews. Crack head central
The management team isn't accurate with thier own policies. For example the landry mat is suppose to open from 8:00am-10:00pm. The landry matt closes at 9:40 and they don't open up at 8:00am. They open up when they want too. When it comes to parking as a tenant that lives there we have to pay for our own parking lot sticker. Yet people still park there without the parking permit. The only people that can call the towing company are the property managers and security. They also mention that they... have security which they do but are only there twice a month. They also aren't held responsible if your car gets vandalism. They have cameras but they can't give you a copy of the tape due to "private policy " which they don't have in writing or its mention of lease contract. That makes me think that the cameras dont work. If you planning to rent thier studios. Don't agree with the rent try to negotiate. B/c prices are priced on condition and policy's and safety which isn't what they told Me from the beginning. They also have roaches when they claim they don't.

Don’t apply
Don’t apply here all I wanted to do was apply because I’m moving to California and looking for an apartment in California because they told me they had availability for an apartment the first time I called the receptionist was nice about it the second time I called again and I’m not sure if it was a different receptionist or the same lady but she was being rude about it and I never got to apply.

Stay Away!
I moved out a few weeks ago due to better pricing and larger rooms from other properties nearby. There are many issues with this property with the recent new property owners acting as a catalyst.
For one, parking is a huge issue. They require you to purchase a parking pass but you are not guaranteed any parking spots. On street parking is also horrendous considering the amount of apartments in that area. Good luck finding any on-street parking (from the little that there is) for miles.
Second... , they claim to provide "wifi" but i would not call it dial up at best. They charge monthly for wifi usage and the pricing is ridiculous. I guess all these other fees is how they are having more new tenants locked into an agreement. Putting pricing aside, the "wifi" is unusably slow. I performed several speed tests with results averaging at around approx. 250 mbps, so good luck even opening a web page. When i was there, it seemed that most tenants had to resort to using their phone hotspots. I was initially amongst them with this idea, although due to the high number of apartments in the area, the cell towers were always crowded so all providers slow speeds in the area.
Air quality was the biggest deal breaker for me. The amount of pests in the units meant that they always had pesticides being sprayed in vents yet they didnt warn their tenants when these would occur so we would have to find out once we smelled the buildup inside the units after breathing the toxins for hours. From all they spraying they do, there were still always roaches and pests even when i left. An air purifier is a must. I dont know if its just that the units a poorly ventilated but there is always lint buildup. There is also lead paint throughout the motel / apartment complex and they have you sign a waiver acknowledging that you are bing exposed to the paint which causes cancer.
Good luck getting your deposit check back (you probably wont). They "renovate" their rooms so that they start to deplete after just a few week. Paint is very thin and comes off very easily.
I did the math of all these fees that added up by the end of my contract and it would have been cheaper to finance a cheap condo! Crazy!
