Simple is good
Very simple place and the price is the greatest in the area. The neighbors are not that friendly dont expect to make any friends however the landlord is very kind and helpful. Its at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a church (great for parking) and a elementary school. Street parking is almost always a fine however. (you get only one assigned parking) Only $950 for a one bedroom.
zero crime here. its own little pocket of a nice area. kids always outside inside the gate of each courtyard.... Roaches here and there however and tends to get hot without an AC installed. I definitely enjoy living here for the price. If the neighbors were a little more considerate and friendly and If there were zero bugs this place would be a A for the price. Come on down the turnover rate is fairly fast for the 32 units ( 2 courtyards) 8 in each building.
