One of the worst

Even though not every place is perfect, this leasing office at this Apartment is the worst. They're not communicable as they order the residents what to do without an option, even like how to live inside of the house. I'm charged by the leasing office assistant for utilities for prorated rent for moving out, & the leasing office & property management company has not responded to resolve the issue so far. I'm afraid that they're going to charge anything after moving out & would not return my… deposit. Don't come here.

Awesome place to live.

My name, is Deborah Ruyf, I have lived here, for about 4 -5 years. I have to give the staff in the office, a 10 because, they have always, helped me, when, I needed assistance. They are prompt, and very professional. I think, they, are, very good, at what they do! I really love living here, alot. I want to say that, I appreciate, all the people, in the, office, so much!

Great place.

I do not agree at all with negative reviews. Lovely place. Safe, clean, great neighbors, pets allowed, activities, quiet. My mom has been here for 12 years. I feel safe knowing she is here. Neighbors look out for one another. Pools, excercise room, game rooms, beautifully landscaped. I love it and so does mom.

Hillcrest village

Lousy management, apartments falling a part, unit I rented had spots on floors that when you stepped on gave away, when spoke with assistant manager told it was ok and padding had worn down. Drunken partied at main pool, kids living in complex not true senior complex. Out side lights don't work half the time. Would not recommend this place too any one. Plus rents are outrageous for the area

Not really a senior complex lots of children and young people as of late

Every day seems more and more young people drunken parties at the main club house and pool area every weekend
