Rats and so much rat poop. nests of baby rats behind the walls of these apartments my friend had one in their closet found it dead.
They will argue with you about invading your privacy and argue that they have the right to enter your apartment when THEY want. They twist words in a manipulating way to enter your apartment when youre not present- ie."Dear residents, We will be arriving to do an inspection Wednesday sometime between 9am to 4pm. " As if people are just chillin at home nothing to do… all day, just waiting for manager to arrive on her terms and her schedule. No respect nor consideration for the residents. People have jobs Monday through Friday/Sat/Sun 9am to 5pm lady, have some respect and decency to ask and schedule an appropriate date & time. How inconsiderate could you be?

Then they spiked up the rent and gave us only a 28-day notice about it.

Sloppy sloppy sloppy inconsiderate terrible place.
I'm sure there is more to say that hasn't come to mind at the moment.
