3 words:Roaches, Run Down, and Risky
They attempt to bury the poor conditions with new amenities like a jacuzzi and outdoor gym, but fail to address real problems. The entire property is swarming with roaches, don't expect to take any of your furniture with you once you leave unless you'd like your new place to be condemned. The plumbing is always being worked on so hope you like being able to use your water only 4 hours a day. Want to do laundry, good luck waiting 4 hours since 2/6 washing machines are always broken. Charging… station for your electric car, sure but don't buy nice rims. They might get stolen. Make sure to invest in a PO box for your packages if you want to actually recieve them. And don't worry they never forgot to increase your rent 10% every year once your lease is up. So buyer beware.
