They attempt to bury the poor conditions with new amenities like a jacuzzi and outdoor gym, but fail to address real problems. The entire property is swarming with roaches, don't expect to take any of your furniture with you once you leave unless you'd like your new place to be condemned. The plumbing is always being worked on so hope you like being able to use your water only 4 hours a day. Want to do laundry, good luck waiting 4 hours since 2/6 washing machines are always broken. Charging... station for your electric car, sure but don't buy nice rims. They might get stolen. Make sure to invest in a PO box for your packages if you want to actually recieve them. I am very happy with the new management. I thought I was going to get no response back on Christmas when I told the Property Manager that my toilet was not working. But he surprised me with a plumber to fix my toilet an hour later. The service has been great here!

I lived here for 2.5 years and I have everything I need here. My 2 bed + 2 bath is very spacious for me, my 2 kids, and our frenchie dog. The new manager has been very helpful and keeps all the residents up to date with all the changes. Good Changes! I love having a dog park here on site for my dog and the children's playground for my kids to play in. I recommend this place for the price and what you get!
