Hot water is always an issue here management never reports anything pool is cleaned there is mold on handle jacuzzi water is foggy. BBQ is broken I've never seen the sauna or gym.

I moved here because of the price point. Everything is ok, old. I was given an old carpet, but I wasn’t picky. Everything has pretty much the landlord special. I have delt with maybe 1-4 roaches in the past couple months but nothing crazy. Our neighbors are very loud, have multiple kids stomping all times of the day to the am. Neighbors are very rude, I repeat veryyyyyy rude. The landlord is hard to talk to as he will treat you derogatorily. He called and yelled at me over someone else’s... children ? When I tried explaining that it wasn’t my kid, he yelled at me some more and hung up on me! His wife and him are constantly yelling at eachother, they wash till 3 am sometimes. The moment we arrived the lady was on the phone, taking her time. We told her that we were there to see the 2brX 1 bath downstairs apartment. she said ok, didn't say a word, was very quite unwelcoming and rude. The apartments are beautiful outside. The inside was fair and nice the bathroom countertops and shower head look very old. Her management looked poor she stared down everyone in the complex, watching all tenants move, very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommended.
