Roaches from drains and coutyard
We could not wait for our lease to be up. Roaches even in mailbox, bad windows, noisy common areas, thin walls. Cheated us on deposit. Would not recommend.

ROACHES, NO PARKING, ASBESTOS , NOISY, BAD AREA
Please save your self the trouble, there is a serious roach problem with this complex that there corporate offices are not willing to treat.
there is no parking, the tenants are loud and are constantly playing mariachi music at all hours of the night. There is asbestos in the ceiling, and its in a bad, bad area gangs, homeless and vagrants . There are plenty of apartments in surrounding areas that cost a little bit more but are well worth the extra 50 or 100 bucks a month don't settle on this... place. I HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE, I've never had to do that.

Palm Lane Apts
We've lived here 3 years and it has had its ups and downs. It's one of the lowest priced places around that isn't a crack den. The management has tried to make it a nice complex amidst a sea of really sketchy places.

Tis complex has far too many over occupied units. Management is nice but culture here is poor.

Nice place
Our apartment was pretty good when we first moved here about 5 years ago. it had central air, jacuzzi/pool, dishwasher and only cost us about 975 for our one bedroom.
Now time to renew, the jacuzzi isn't always hot due to our neighbors using it like a kiddie pool, and our rent is going up to about 1200 so time to find a cheaper place, but still the apartments are a good place to live, especially if you have children since there are about three schools within walking distance, and plenty of kids... in the complex.
