Horrible Building
Building is overpriced and old. Needs a full remodel for the prices they charge for rent. The office is “remote” and never does anything. “Secure access” is promised on lease but the key fobs don’t work and they have been “attempting” to fix them for the past year. Be prepared for every request about building amenities to be not fixed due to them “awaiting a vendor”. The main garage is not secure multiple break ins and all the building does is send notices that they are not responsible for theft… and to secure your car. The overnight security is a joke and will just sit in their Tesla and watch crime happen.
