Park Vista
A large friendly and diverse community for low income families. The staff is caring and helpful and the grounds are regularly maintained. It is located between an elementary school and a city park in an area where there is access to all sorts of fast food, markets, services, etc. There are some apparent budget constraints in maintenance, for example with the pool (some of the tasks are performed in a somewhat cursory manner) but staff are often visible cleaning and taking care of common… areas. Overall, it is a pleasant environment, a lot of children, large patios and balconies, good size apartments, and occasional community events.
