Met our expectations!!

During the whole process of the application, tour, and interest in this property - the managers on site went above and beyond to make sure we found our dream home! Their responses to any questions or concerns were prompt, and thorough. The complex is safely gated, clean, and overall a welcoming cozy environment. I HIGHLY recommend anyone searching for their home to start here at Regency Plaza Apartment Homes.

very nice place in Anaheim

after 10 years of living at regency plaza apartment I have to move out of state for a year, I just came back to the same place because I couldn't find a better home like Regency Plaza Apartment. Very Nice management, quick and clean service when you need it. and simply best apartment in the block.

Read Before You Move in

I am so disappointed about the Apartment. Before I applied this place I read all the reviews and people said their car got towed. I was wondered probably they just had unassigned car and parked on their assigned lot. I have assigned lot with my car license plate with all the papers and my car got towed within less than a week after I moved in. I don't recommend anyone should move in just because you will be the lucky one. I will guarantee you that your car will be towed at your own expense.

Nice quiet place to live

We had a very good experience living at Regency Plaza apartments. Very quiet place. Good honest neighbors. We always get packages at our door and never had a problem. I like that there’s security cámaras all around the complex. I like that is a gated community. My daughters enjoy the heated pool. We enjoyed the gas grills and the green areas. They always repair everything right away, friendly management.
