Long time resident

We have been living at REVO Apartments since they first opened in 2021. It has been a great home for my fiancée and me. The community is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and the team here really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

I especially want to recognize Joey, the property manager, for being incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. He treats us with fairness and compassion. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity and care in property management.

Also, a huge... shoutout to Jose from maintenance — he’s always quick to respond, super friendly, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Anytime we’ve needed help, Jose has handled it quickly and efficiently with a smile.

If you’re looking for a place where the management genuinely cares about residents and where the service is consistent and dependable, I highly recommend REVO!

10 days of fire alarms in 2 months

This building has fire alarm activations literally all the time. This week they are testing the fire alarm system for multiple hours every day. A couple of weeks ago they did power washing in the garage and set the alarms off all day. The fire alarms go off randomly at night, like 2am for hours. If you have a baby or work from home or work nights, this is not the building for you. The staff in the office do not care about the alarms and make zero effort mitigate their impact. I’ve lived in... apartment buildings my whole life and never experienced this. Not a peaceful place to live and can’t wait to move out.

We love it here. This is the best place we’ve lived at ever as a family on our own. I feel good knowing while I’m deployed my family will be safe and secure. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. We’ve been here since revo has opened and loved every moment
