SeaWind Apartments

If able to I would rate 0 Stars. Manager puts themself before tenants. Parking is the worst I’ve ever seen. Unless you’re the manager you get unlimited parking or take over other tenants parking spots. Wouldn’t recommend having a pet if planning to live in these apartments, Manager makes it cost an arm and leg to keep a pet in apartment area. Really isn’t worth the stress to live here especially since Manager will always be selfish and inconsiderate.??

Seawind apartments

i have been living here for the past 3 years its a very calm area and it has a patrol which you can call 24/7 it also has a pool and they keep it really clean. The one thing that is a little hard is finding parking the apartments do provide one to two parking spots assign depending if you have a 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms. The people that live here are also very respectful and i have never had the need to call the patrol.
