Please avoid this place, it is a mess and extremely noisy. People here have no respect for their neighbors. People play music throughout all times of the day and management does nothing. There is at least 1 or 2 car break-ins per month in a GATED parking lot..... which says a lot about its residents. You will get no sleep and the deposit for this place is over $1,000.

Very judgmental and the management Claudia is so mean she is a liar and the place they say you car is safe it is not lots of cars get broken in here the place looks good but is bad

Reasonably priced rent; quiet complex
We've lived here for 3 years now and haven't had any major problems. I know that most of the reviews are pretty negative on this complex but I have to say it's really not that bad. We pretty much keep to ourselves and have had any trouble. The price is reasonable. The premises are kept clean. They are pretty good at fixing maintenance problems within 24-48 hrs. Friendly neighbors. Quiet. My only complaint would be that there isn't any parking for guests.
