Not only is their staff rude and under qualified, the management company itself is awful. I read reviews from their other properties, and we all had similar experiences and issues. Overall, very shifty and rude.

I was live in summer crest 2 years ago, really I like it and feel very comfortable with it, very clean and very secure place with a lots of activities in it. the staff very friendly and helpfully especially Mario, he is nice guy with smile always.

Bill and Heidi in the leasing office are the rudest and most unprofessional management team I have ever came into contact with. The parking is a nightmare with nowhere to park. No handicap parking because a resident doesn't move their car. No visitor parking at all. People must park at the bar next door because there isn't any parking on the street either so everyone keeps getting their cars towed.

The office workers don't take complaints seriously. Jacuzzi is always broken. Roaches in the apartment! Garages constantly broken into. Very loud tenants. No one speaks English! It's a dump! Same one car is constantly parked in disabled space and mgr refuses to do anything about it. Not disabled accessible!!!
