Summer Wind Apartments

Manager is lazy, rude, and incompetent. Ignores our messages for weeks on end. Whenever we do get a hold of her she has a bad attitude. Making us pay to replace our garbage disposal, claiming we damaged it without having had anyone inspect it. Often has her daughter do her job for her because she simply cannot be bothered. Most recently we've had a dispute over utilities. Our lease claims property will calculate what we owe for gas usage and bill us for it, they have not been doing that so gas... company turned us off. This was over a month ago because she will not get back to us timely. Now she is claiming this is our fault and we need to pay the gas company directly, in clear violation of our lease agreement. When I tried explaining this she ignored me for nearly two weeks, just to claim I misread the lease even though I sent her direct quotes. Worst management experience of my life, shocked she can hold this job. I do not recommend living here or any other JD Property location as they clearly do not care about their tenants.
