Expect Parking Issues
You get one parking spot. Outside parking is horrible as expected, but some of the neighboring houses block PUBLIC parking with cones, and make it more difficult to get a close parking. It is very frustrating, that I have to make my decisions on whether or not to go out for groceries, etc. based on the time of day due to parking availability.
There is usually always people parked in the alley next to this complex. These people are from the apartments next door, and are sometimes blasting their... music at midnight.
Every surrounding freeway is about 10 minutes away (91, 5, 22). Very inconvenient in the morning, as it takes a long time with traffic to reach any of these freeways.
The apartments themselves are pretty good. They are up kept, and you feel safe inside them. I never needed maintenance, so I can't say what turnaround time is for that.
Overall, if these apartments were closer to the freeway, and had better parking, this place would be perfect. Large SQ. FT. for price!
