The community is small, so thats nice. The buildings are older so keep that in mind. The gym needs to be revamped, its not that great of an amenity to have die to its lack of equipment. The package lockers are pretty cool.

You get what you paid for, I love the apartment and the community, however with the constant issues we have in our apartment I understand why it was cheaper than surrounding complexes.

Vivere Lofts are luxurious apartments nestled in the heart of the OC. These apartments have brought my husband and I community with a wonderful Church (Saddleback) within walking distance among other entertainment and food eateries. The space, location, amenities, and features provided are hard to come by in a single complex which makes Vivere Lofts a diamond in the rough. We have been living here for 2 years now and plan to live here a few more! It's our home until we have a real home to own.… You won't find another complex like this anywhere else in Anaheim!

I already mentioned that need pest control at least once a week, also need to clean the swimming pool at least twice a week. Maintenance should be more prompt and elevator should be more speedy. Thank you so much !
