Poor poor customer service

They have horrible office management over the phone and in person. I can understand why the rent is so low I’m happy that I dodged that bullet.

Plumbing problem

These apartments are pretty old and has huge problem with their old and small Plumbing pipe. That's can cause to clogged the toilet and kitchen sink.
And their maintenance people needs training for good customer service for
Tenants.

Disrespectful

I was trying to call to get information about the place and qualifications and the dush that picked up the phone started giving me attitude for the questions I asked and hung up on me. I called back and told him that was rude and that I wasn't done asking questions and yelled at me and hung up again! He was very disrespectful!

ideal

I've now lived here for about a year and a half. The management is responsive when an issue comes up. They keep the grounds well kept, within the watering limitations the city has set forth, repairs are kept up to date and for an older building it is a nice building to live in. I have a 1 bedroom and it is a good size for a family of 3, a couple, or a single person. I have not had any problems or any complaints since I moved in. It is located within minutes to Target, Walmart, Stater Bros,… and the 5 and 91 freeways. It is also located within about 30 to 40 minutes from Seal Beach.
