Great place to live!
This apartment was such a great find! It's quiet during the day, which is great for working from home, well-maintained, and in a nice neighborhood of Anaheim. Solid amenities like a/c, dishwasher, and lots of closets. Management responds to maintenance requests quickly. I love having access to the swimming pool for summer days. It's a great location, minutes away from Knott's, restaurants, and shopping. I can't recommend this place enough.

Peaceful, Convenient & Well-Maintained Living Experience at Villa Arms Apartments ??
I’ve really enjoyed living at Villa Arms! The location is incredibly convenient — being close to the freeway makes commuting to work quick and stress-free. The property is gated, quiet, and peaceful, making it a great place to come home to and relax after a busy day.
Another thing I truly appreciate is how fast and professional the maintenance team is whenever a request is submitted. Management has always been responsive and helpful. It’s also within walking distance to schools, parks, and... nearby shopping, which makes daily life even more convenient for families and working professionals alike.
Overall, Villa Arms has been a comfortable, safe, and pleasant community to live in, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to call home!

Quiet place
The place is quiet, clean, and peaceful. I really like living here. I really like that maintenance requests are quickly dealt with and the apartment complex is well managed. They have security cameras, it’s gated, and there’s lots of light at night. It is safe and feels like home.
