Laundry facilities too expensive & always out of order

Needs more machines that actually work. There are 2 regular washing $2.00 per load machines and 2 dryers $1.50 per load located in the back of the property meant to service at least 20 back units of the 46 units (there's a laundry room with 4 washers & dryers on the front of the property). There is always 1 washing machine down of the 2. The window in the back laundry room needs to be repaired and instead of replacing the broken window a wood board was installed. It's a small laundry room... that needs ventilation as it gets super hot in there when the dryers are working it becomes like a sauna the ceiling fan is a hazard as it shakes as it spins it can fall at any time. When Management is contacted they say that the owner wants to remove the laundry machines in its entirety because it's a hassle if the tenants complain the owner will just remove them. The owner could care less for the tenants and their need to do laundry.and does the minimum to upkeep the property. And good luck with trying to use the pool if your a tenant. There is constantly a sign that it's not available due to a private party. The owner lives on premises and doesn't want to mix with tenants so they close it off for their private use almost every summer weekend.
Too bad these things don't come up until your bound by the tenant lease.
