Windrose Apartments

I moved to California from Idaho and I spent about five months searching for an apartment that I could afford as a single tenant. When I toured Windrose, I talked to some active tenants and they all said they really liked living here and after six months, I agree. Don't get me wrong, it does have its downsides but overall, its a clean and safe complex especially for those who are anxious about living alone. The tenants are really nice, maintenance answers their calls in a timely manner, and its… clean all the way around. There's built in security systems which is nice for those who live alone. Some apartments don't have a washer and dryer but there's one on site that stays clean and works well. All in all, I'll be renewing my lease for at least a couple years, i really enjoy living here. Quiet Haven Amidst the City

I have been living at Windrose Apartments happily since April of 2010. I absolutely love how quiet this property is at all hours every day. I work from home, and therefore can attest to how peaceful this place really is.

The grounds are so well kept and Alvaro, our maintenance worker, is fantastic. He is always a delight to work with and sometimes helps me carry groceries from my car when he’s able to. All repairs are done timely and efficiently the first time.…

The pool, and spa, are clean and offer great relief on those hot summer days. There is even a grill near the pool that all residents have access to making for a wonderful afternoon outdoors!

I use the gym every morning and while space is limited, I’m usually there early enough to where this isn’t ever a problem. Gyms have the potential to be dirty or smelly, however every day I come in it is completely clean with its own air conditioning unit to accommodate any stuffiness surrounding such a small place.

I greatly appreciate the enclosed garage parking (a rarity in these parts) and the floor plans offered.

Yvette, our Manager, is always friendly when picking up packages or renewing our lease.

We utilize the washer and dryer on our patio often and have never had a problem. Alvaro will even come by to vacuum out the dryer tray for us when needed! Having a washer and dryer with each unit is a very wonderful thing. Should I ever move, I don’t think I could go back to laundromats!

The only reason I did not rate this property as five stars is because of the current parking situation. While it is within our Rental Agreements that the enclosed garage parking must be for vehicles only, this isn’t enforced. I know of garages that are filled with storage or even the stockpile of a “couponer” across the way from my stall. Aside from it being a fire hazard, this really prevents my roommate and I from having people over. The visitor parking is limited and often used by residents who do not have access to their garage. However, in the grand scheme of things that are worth complaining about, this really is minor.

I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for some peace in quiet in a very safe and accommodating location. Read More

I recently moved to Windrose Apartments from my beloved city of Irvine. This new neighborhood is many steps down in terms of civility and quality, and sometimes I hear what sounds like gunshots at night. Inside of Windrose however, it's a completely different story. The units are designed in such a way that it feels very airy, even though it actually has less square footage than what I have been used to. I moved in one year ago this month. I have had great success with everything from maintenance to parking to just feeling welcome. Windrose is very safe and secure. The landscaping is beautiful and we'll maintained. Having nice and friendly neighbors is always a plus! Thank you bunches to Yvette and Al. I hope to call Windrose my home for as long as they will have me.
