Best apartments and amenities
This is the best apartment complex we've lived in. We've lived in different citys and been in quite a few buildings but we've never enjoyed living anywhere as much as we have at Gateway. The ammenities are great, the complex is always clean, they have friendly staff, they maintain and fix things quickly, and we have the best apartment manager. We were paying more for less amenities and less friendly management at our previous complex; Coming here was a night and day difference. The manager is... such a warm hearted lady and so helpful, you can go to her for anything. We've lived here nearly 2 years and our next door neighbor has lived here for 6 if thats any indication. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Decent
Rent isn't too high and its right behind a Safeway which is nice if you shop there. Very close to the banks and other shopping centers.
