Living in the complex gives the tenant the ability to have flexibility within their apartment and also outside. The units are spacious and well maintained by a great maintenance crew. The tranquil grounds are very well maintained. The complex location allows tenants and their families the ease in walking to a major grocery store, bank, and major shopping mall thus cutting down on traffic congestion or partaking of public transportation that is just in front of the complex. The local schools... are also within walking distance and rate very high at the state and national levels. My family and I have enjoyed living here for the past 10 years and have truly benefited from the aforementioned benefits.
