Starter toiletries are provided, as well as a full-service laundry room with a washer and dryer. The backyard is your oasis, featuring a relaxing hot tub, a fire pit, a pond, and a propane BBQ.
There is a two-car garage with an EV charger and two additional parking spaces in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed. The backyard is completely enclosed for pets, and one pet under 25lbs is allowed for a nonrefundable fee of $100. Waste bags are provided, and pet waste must be picked up from the backyard.
Cypress Cove is located in a quiet residential neighborhood only a few minutes from the 101. Nearby, you will find Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, French Medical Center, Sierra Vista Medical Center, Alan Hancock College, and Marian Regional Medical Center. You are close to the beach, breweries, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home is located right on the golf course, so please be wary of stray golf balls. It is easy to get around by car, with rideshare options and public transportation available.
Security cameras are located at the front and on the left side of the house for your security, but there are no cameras inside the main home. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. If damage is incurred from your pet, you will be charged an additional fee. Entry is through a keypad located at the front door for simple keyless entry, with the code provided 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest. The backyard is directly next to the fairway, so be alert for golf balls when outside. There is a casita studio at the front of the home that will be vacant and locked. The owners may stay a weekend occasionally, but they have a separate entrance.
