Close to schools and metro apartments
The Pinery apartments are close to the university, community college, and has easy access to buses/metro going almost any direction. The price of rent is stable and good for the area. All the apartments are standard 2 bedroom/2 bath, one is a master one with a connecting, private bathroom. A nice plus is community quiet hours. They have a pool, hot tub, laundry facility, and mail service, plus a bookable party room. Only downers are limited street parking and maintenance, if it's not urgent.... Staff is really nice, though.

The Pinery Apartments
Nice living space. comfortable and quaint for any age. grandmas to college students will feel welcome here. includes pool, hot tub & coin laundry. 20 minutes from Pasadena area. includes parking spaces or garage area.
