Needs modernization

There is essentially nothing in between the duplex units so you can hear everything upstairs or downstairs. Not great when you're trying to get some sleep after a long day. Would only recommend living here temporarily and in the single level units.

Good Place to Live

I lived here for almost a year. The manager was friendly and very helpful with whatever problem you may have. They fix the problems fast. I loved that they didn't have assigned parking so you could park anywhere and they have a lot of shaded parking. So you'll always have somewhere to park. The AC it awesome! Very good ventilation. It's very quite and in a great location. Close to the mall, 2 theaters, and all kinds of stores and restaurants. The 1 bedroom apartment is small but it was just me… and my boyfriend. I completely recommend it.

I briefly stayed in this apartment until 2016. I can authoritatively vouch that it was one of the most cleanest and decent apartments in Bakersfield and its environs. The apartment manager (young Hispanic lady)was very friendly and polite. She possess exceptional customer service delivery and always on top of her responsibility.
