I rarely write reviews, but I told myself I would start because I rely on reviews. This place is really a place to call home. From the moment I arrived, the property managers went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The neighbors are kind and you can leave your garage door open and feel safe. They just remodeled the clubhouse and it looks amazinnngg. I'm really going to miss it here! It's safe, beautiful and charming! I'm leaving Bc there aren't any 1 bd and quite frankly it just... didn't make any sense for me to pay a ton of money for 2 bd when I hardly walk in the second bd room. It's a lot of money for Bakersfield. I stayed for 6 months. But now I'm just looking to save up for a house. Don't think any longer. This place is perfect!! Read More

It's the comfort of a gated community w/ spacious living areas and friendly staff. The price range isn't out of the ordinary and in my mind you pay for what you get, and I get a lot. The pool area is always clean and welcoming. The weight room is always working and accessible at normal times. The grounds are kept immaculate and the area is close to anything that you would need.
