Mesa Creek Apartments

My kids, my partner, and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment at Mesa Creek for 2 years that is very spacious, especially the living room and master bedroom (with walk-in closet, I might add). There are 3 laundry facilities, a fitness center, and a gorgeous pool area (with a hot tub!) with shade, tables, lounge chairs, and grills for everyone to enjoy. There are plenty of grassy areas for the kids and pets to play on and gardens everywhere. Each apartment has its own storage closet and patio, a… fireplace to cuddle up by, and a nice cold A/C for those hot Bakersfield summers!
The downsides for me: not having in-unit laundry hookups (let's face it, kids go through a lot of clothes and bedding, especially when they're ill); if you're in a downstairs unit, you can hear the creaking floor boards from people upstairs walking around (but I can honestly say, I don't notice it anymore until we have company look up at the ceiling and say "what's that?!"); and that there is only one bathroom to share between the four of us. :/ but only the toilet and shower area are shared, the master bedroom has its own sink and cabinets, and the front end of the bathroom also has a separate sink and cabinets.
