our ac has been broken over a week and the little fan they gave us doesnt do a thing. Today they came to “fix” it and instead told us they got the wrong part so we have to continue to wait. ON TOP OF THAT the pools are closed and so is the laundry room closest to us. They have no consideration for the heat and are the slowest at “fixing” anything. This isn’t even the first problem we’ve had with their slow and horrible maintenance, really disappointed in the new management. cannot wait to move... out

Perfect Place to Call Home – Highly Recommended!
Living at Park Villa Apartments has been an amazing experience, and choosing this place for our first home was definitely the right decision. Before moving in, we explored many options, but Park Villa Apartments stood out because of its excellent facilities, peaceful environment, and outstanding management.
The amenities are truly impressive — free cable, free water services, multiple swimming pools (including a beautiful indoor pool area with pool tables), a well-equipped gym, and... conveniently located laundry facilities that make daily life very comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully maintained and easily accessible.
One of the best things about living here is the professional and friendly management team. They are always helpful and responsive whenever needed. The community is quiet, safe, and respectful, and we have never experienced any issues with neighbors.
After living here for over a year, we can confidently say we are completely satisfied with our experience and plan to stay for many more years. We highly recommend Park Villa Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and enjoyable place to live. It truly feels like home!

Best Apartments
I’ve had a great experience living at The Rowan Apartments. The community is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with good amenities. One thing I really appreciate is how responsive and professional the management and maintenance teams are whenever something comes up.

Highly Recommended Apartment Experience
The apartment was absolutely amazing — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was convenient, the atmosphere felt very peaceful, and everything was exactly as shown. The host was kind, responsive, and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. Truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

Comfortable and quiet.
I’ve enjoyed living here so far. The apartment is comfortable, the area is quiet, and everything I need is close by. The management team is helpful, and any issues are usually fixed quickly. It feels like a nice place to call home.
