Love our maintenance guys

We had a few things that needed done in the apartment. Wrote in for some maintenance requests in the morning and by 2:00 in the afternoon it was all complete!
Jaime and Billy are a great team and we appreciate them very much.

Maintenance Staff

I’m so very impressed with Jaime and Billy. I went in to the office this morning and met with Tammy to sign my lease for 2026. I mentioned a small problem with my toilet. She immediately put in a work order, and within the hour Billy and Jaime from maintenance were out to fix it. I’ve been at the Villas since January 2025 and couldn’t be happier. I love my apartment, and the staff are so kind and friendly. Thank you Tammy, Adriana, Jaime, and Billy.

Maintenance crew is the best!

Thorough, courteous, skilled and trustworthy.
Snafu with ceiling light was repaired quickly and correctly. These guys are smart. Knowledgeable and real pros.

Fire Alarms.

Needed fire alarm batteries replace and placed a work order. Jaime replaced them for me. Very satisfied with his performance.

I called the office for a repair in my bathroom and within an hour Billy was at my apartment and fixed the repair. Very quick service I am very pleased great place to live.
