Disapointed

Overall, management practices are disorganized and inefficient. The upkeep and safety of tenets are disappointing. The first two months of being here my vehicle was stolen then when you thought it was over 10 cars that belonged to the tenants including mine got their windows smashed in. When the other tenants and I attempted to address these concerns directly with the management the responses were unsatisfactory the property lacks lights they have no cameras and no security during the night to… patrol they ultimately didn't care and swept everything under the rug. Please stay away for your own sanity and bank account stay away and rent somewhere else.

Cute Place

We have been here now a little over a year. The place is really cute, and it's nice to walk around and see all the trees, and the people are nice. Management and the maintenance man have been really and fixed things when we asked. This place is a on the older side, but really cute and the rooms are big enough. We love our large patio. So far, we have really enjoyed our time here.

Atención poco agradable

Llegamos al lugar por información la chica de la oficina casi que nos pide que nos fuéramos no fue cordial en pasarnos adelante, estuvimos afuera con mi esposo, ella ni siquiera salió sino con la puerta entre abierta y cerrada, tajantemente nos dijo no hay disponibilidad ni siquiera nos mostro como son los aptos al menos en papel para ver lo que incluye, no nos tomo nuestros datos personales ni nos dio una tarjeta con su nombre o el de la oficina para llamar o ella llamarnos en caso de que… hubiera disponibilidad para algún apto de 2 habitaciones que era lo que buscábamos y nosotros teníamos a Westcourt como uno de los aptos seleccionados para poder vivir. Ahora ya no lo será. Gracias y buenas tardes. ????

"Luxury" outside BUT NOT INSIDE

1st off, all good reviews are 2021.. I lived here 2021-2023, management changed often because they couldn't keep anyone working here long enough, so think about that.
2nd, INSIDE the unit, anything with hinges creaked or needed replacement & the air filters are next to useless & if YOU don't clean it yourself, the dust from the area gets trapped on your DATED POPCORN CEILING.
The countertops and sinks are dingy/stained & labeled INCORRECTLY. The unit I lived in had handles where the cold was… right but the water coming out would be hot & vice versa.
Lastly, it's not as quiet as it appears. There are homeless people roaming & multiple cars have BEEN BROKEN INTO. & management doesn't care to help. So called security is only there if they are called.
IF YOU THINK YOU GOT A GOOD DEAL WITH "cheap" RENT, YOU'RE NOT.
