(-) You must make 2.5 times the amount of the monthly rent to qualify.
(-) You must provide verifiable income, paystubs, bank statements, or income tax records.
(-) You must have good credit, a FICO score of 600 or higher is required: if you do not have any FICO score then
tenancy may be obtainable with a cosigner. -- NO EVICTIONS.
(-) Verifiable previous rental record with good payment history. If this is your first rental, please inquire.
(-) Pets: Some pets may be allowed with additional deposits. For documentation, please inquire.
