We still live here but...
I'll be honest, we probably couldn't find another three bedroom for the same price we pay here but they are gradually raising rent, they are gonna start charging for parking, and don't expect any of your repairs to get done in a timely manner. We went nearly a week without a working stove. We've gotten the same excuse since we moved in that they are looking for a new handyman and that was a year and a half ago. We moved in and ended up painting our own unit because their "handyman" isn't a... painter but someone took it into their hands to try him out as a painter. This property is not a a priority to the on site managers, nor are their tenants. We were even accused of causing wear and tear in our unit that was already in that condition when we moved in. After a year and half we are finally getting our closet doors replaced due to the paint peeling right off from the day we moved in. We spent our move in date in a hotel(the day before New Year's Eve)waiting for our carpet to get cleaned. We were given a $500 credit when we moved in for the inconvenience and promised more but that never happened and my husband is a professional painter and did more than $500 worth of repairs. I could go on but you probably get the point. We were definitely convinced to rent here by the "kind and inviting" attitudes that were portrayed. Even our schedule to view the apartment was forgotten about. That should have been the first sign!
