Park Ridge Apartments

There is too many homeless transients that go into the complex all hours of the day. You are not protected by any type of security. The property is open to everyone. Parking is HORRIBLE. Lisa the manager allows her favorite tenants to keep their cars, and or swap their other cars to be able to park in the very few extra parking spots inside although there's a sign that states 72hrs only. She will tell you to move your car, so her family and guests can park inside. She takes months to send... maintance to fix ANYTHING in your apartment. Mold runs rampant throughout the complex and she does nothing about it. 2 people have passed away within the past 2yrs unexpectedly there, and the swat team and cops are OFTEN there as well. There are rude neighbors who will take your clothes out of the washer or dryer so they can use it even if they didn't stop, no more than 10mins ago.
I would NEVER recommend this place; Extremely Unsafe, No Gates, No Security, Lots of Homeless going through the property on bikes.

Major Mold Problem
Roaches throughout the property, including all over the washers and dryers.
Management only has her favorites and does not attend to any of your needs within your unit in any kind of timely matter.
Parking is the Worse
